I'm Isadore Johnson — a healthcare IT consultant based in Stamford, CT, specializing in Epic Tapestry implementations and enterprise AI strategy for payer organizations. My work sits at the intersection of clinical operations, data systems, and the next generation of AI tooling.
Before consulting, I managed 60+ concurrent infrastructure projects across 10 global sites at Castleton Commodities and led Epic projects impacting over 117,000 health plan members. Today I help payer organizations move from AI curiosity to AI capability — and make their Epic environments actually work the way they were promised to.
Through iTechnology LLC, I also work directly with healthcare providers — not just payers — to automate the back-office operations that slow teams down. My background in compliance and IAM means the solutions I build don't just work: they hold up to scrutiny.
Outside of consulting: I teach improv, serve on the board of the Byram Shubert Library, mentor early-career healthcare IT professionals, and organize community events across Fairfield and Westchester County.
